Sharing your details with The Migrant Project 

This privacy policy explains how The Migrant Project uses and protects any personal details that you share with us through our online form.

What type of information is collected and processed?

We collect and process the personal information you provide to us in the online form you were directed to this page from. We also collect the information on the time and date you submit the form.

Who is the information shared with?

We will only share your information with the TMP personnel who require it to coordinate and conduct the service you are requesting (namely, a consultation about migration). This includes the TMP data manager, the TMP migration counsellors and their respective supervisors. 

How is the information used? 

We will only use your information for the purpose for which you give consent. In this case, by submitting the form with your details you consent to us contacting you to provide you with a free consultation with a TMP migration counsellor.

Where is the information stored?

The information is stored on secure databases within Zoho CRM and Forms.

How long is the information stored for?

Your information is stored until we have resolved your consultation request either by conducting a consultation with you or by cancelling your request because we fail to reach you or because you inform us you no longer want a consultation either via telephone.  

What rights do you have regarding our processing of your information?

You have the right to request we rectify or erase your information at any time by contacting us via Facebook or email (contact@themigrantproject.org  . You can also ask us what types of information about you we currently have stored.
