“We must to stand togeda to find solution. We must to follow up on de call by President Buhari to European partners to find solutions to dis immediate problem, and make we arrange am well, so dese matters no go repeat in de future,” he said.
On de issue of irregular waka abroad, Nigeria’s minister of foreign affairs Geoffrey Onyeama dat de issue deep and talk say de Nigerian government dey do everitin wey it fit do to encourage Nigerians make dey waka abroad legally.
Onyeama disclose Nigeria’s expectation about working with de EU to create agreement on regulation dat go make am easier for waka abroad pipu to travel legally to European countries but it go discourage others wey wan take dangerous irregular ways.
De minister talk say de Nigerian government get plans to provide vocational training programmes and to develop oda options wey go epp build skills dat go encourage Nigerians to stay for home and grow de economy.
De Nigerian senate president Mr. Bukola Saraki note de Nigerian Senate dey consider de use of legislation to give more power to de National Agency For De Prohibition Of Trafficking In Persons (NAPTIP) and to srengthen de process wey go stop illegal waka abroad from where it dey start, instead of when dem wan enter anoda person country.
